1. Free homepage demo
The initial homepage direction is provided free of charge to help you evaluate the proposed visual direction. It is a limited concept, not a complete website, and does not transfer ownership or include editable source files.
2. Starting a project
A project begins only after you approve the demo, agree on the written scope, and pay the $200 deposit. The standard $950 package covers the selected essential pages and listed features. Extra systems, content, integrations, or services require a separate written quote.
3. Payment
The $200 deposit is credited toward the $950 total. The remaining $750 is due after final approval and before the completed website is published or transferred. Domain, paid software, advertising, photography, and third-party fees are separate unless the written scope says otherwise.
4. Delivery and client responsibilities
The five-business-day target begins after the deposit and all required content, access, images, business details, and decisions are received. Delayed feedback or missing material pauses the schedule. The client is responsible for ensuring supplied text, images, logos, claims, and business information may legally be used.
5. Revisions
The package includes two organized revision rounds. Each round should combine the client’s requested changes into one clear list. New pages, a new direction after approval, custom applications, or changes outside the agreed scope may require an additional quote.
6. Cancellation and refunds
The free demo requires no payment. After paid work begins, the deposit compensates for reserved time and completed work and is generally non-refundable. If MachaSites cancels before delivering paid work, the unused portion will be refunded. Any exception must be agreed in writing.
7. Ownership and portfolio use
After final payment, the client receives rights to the approved website deliverables created specifically for the project, excluding third-party assets, licensed tools, reusable methods, and pre-existing materials. MachaSites may identify and display the completed public project in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
8. No guaranteed business results
MachaSites will provide the agreed professional website services, but does not guarantee search ranking, traffic, leads, sales, advertising approval, or specific financial results. Third-party platforms, hosting providers, search engines, and messaging services operate under their own rules.
9. Interactive design examples
The preset examples use fictional businesses and illustrative, AI-generated imagery. They are design directions, not completed client projects or included photography. Your final content, visual effects, accessibility needs, and any specialist 3D work are agreed in the written project scope. Choosing an option does not create a contract or start a payment.
