Direct form submission via Web3Forms
When you click Send request now, your contact details, business information, and selected design preferences are sent to Web3Forms for email delivery to vakh@machasites.com. Web3Forms and our email provider process this information under their own privacy terms. A success message means Web3Forms accepted the request, not that a person has read it. With analytics consent, successful submission may be measured as a lead without including your form contents. The channel-opening descriptions below apply to the alternative Telegram and WhatsApp buttons.
1. Information you provide
When you prepare a demo request, you may enter your name, business name, email, phone, industry, website or social link, business details, pages, layout, color codes, visual finish, motion speed, custom notes, and inspiration links. Unsent details stay in page memory while you switch steps or close the custom-notes popup; they are not saved to our database or browser storage and may be lost on reload or navigation. Your chosen messaging provider receives the prepared details when you open that channel. You review and send the message there.
2. Analytics, advertising, and cookies
Optional Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement loads only after you accept analytics. It may process device and browser data, page interactions, referrals, approximate location derived from an IP address, and cookie identifiers. A validated request followed by choosing a contact channel may be measured as a lead-intent action; the website cannot confirm whether you actually send the message. We do not include form contents in analytics events. Hosting and security providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the site.
3. How we use and share information
We use information to answer inquiries, prepare demos, provide requested services, discuss projects and payments, protect the website, understand performance, and measure advertising. We share it only as needed with service providers such as Web3Forms, email providers, Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. Their own privacy terms apply. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
4. Payments and sensitive information
MachaSites does not collect card numbers or bank-account credentials through this website. If you approve a demo, payment instructions are provided separately. Never send passwords, full bank credentials, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the form, email, Telegram, or WhatsApp.
5. Retention and security
We keep inquiries and project records only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, and protect our rights. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, email, or messaging service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You can decline optional analytics, reopen Cookie settings from the footer, or manage cookies in your browser. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held by MachaSites. Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or contract purposes.
7. International processing and children
The website and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy protections may differ. This business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
